- BSc in Chemical Engineering (or equivalent)
- At least 3 years experience in water and wastewater treatment
- Proficiency with standard engineering software and tools
- Valid passport and readiness to travel for projects
- Identifying markets, clients, and industry opportunities
- Evaluating tender requirements and coordinating submissions
- Leading technical and commercial discussions with clients
- Conducting on-site assessments and preparing detailed technical reports
- Designing customised treatment systems and developing project schedules
- Providing hands-on technical supervision during plant installation, commissioning, and operation
- Supporting R&D and pilot trials for new treatment technologies
- Creating technical marketing content and final project documentation
- Technical sales and client interaction
- Hands-on industrial site exposure
- Design and operation of biological systems, membrane processes, and separations
- P&IDs, PFDs, process descriptions, and layout design
- Pump/mixer sizing, mass and energy balances, control philosophies, and HAZOP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent technical report writing ability
- Multitasking and time management capabilities
