Internal Sales Consultant

• Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Understand client requirements and provide them with suitable recruitment solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
• Collaborate with our team of recruiters to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process for clients
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with valuable insights
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction

• A history of Excellent customer service is mandatory
• Own Drivers Licence
• Ability to meet set monthly sales targets consistently
• The ability to work in both a team environment and individually
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• SAP and Microsoft Office
• Sound Arithmetic skills
• A flair for Design and Creativity
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Own Transport with a valid driver’s license
• The minimum educational requirement is Matric
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines for showroom tasks
