- Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic client accounts throughout the Sub-Saharan African Region.
- Develop relationships with C-level and HR management, keeping abreast of business and talent needs.
- Drive the sale through to conclusion by navigating roadblocks.
- Identify leads to generate new business opportunities across the region.
- Develop strategic account plans, forecast future sales activity and report accordingly.
Essential:
- Demonstrable solution sales experience, ideally from an HR Tech or SaaS background.
- Experience in a Business to Business (B2B) environment preferably selling SaaS solutions.
- Able to travel across Sub Saharan Africa circa twice/quarter.
- Experience selling to HR and/or C Level
- HR qualification or business-related discipline
- Experience of selling in the Sub Saharan African Region
