Hiring: Key Account Manager (Richards Bay) - TECHNICALOverview:The Key Account Manager will drive business growth by securing new opportunities, closing sales for turnkey projects, machines, and services, and managing customer relationships to meet sales and EBITDA targets.Responsibilities:Develop business roadmap and target potential customers.Manage sales pipeline, budgeting, and forecasting.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.Act as interface between customers and internal teams.Prepare technical/commercial offers and manage turnkey bids.Conduct audits and follow up on proposals.Regular reporting and CRM updates.Qualifications & Experience:Tertiary Qualification (at least N.Dip. level) in either mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering fields - Not negotiable.Technical or Project Management Qualification will be beneficial.Education: technical (ideally mechanical) and commercial experience:- Five (5) years' customer facing experience - preferably in heavy industrial environment- Knowledge oECL / Solios Equipment- Proven customer relationsPlease send your CV to if interested.
