- A bachelors' degree in Human Resources / Organisational Psychology / related.
- A minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Experience working in a scaling tech company with exposure to either an all-remote or hybrid environment.
- Experience using technology to automate processes, such as an HRIS, Project Management and/or Performance Management systems
- Ability to work within a distributed team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- You have experience in the full employee life cycle.
- Strong problem solving and organisational skills - able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and occasionally ambiguous environment.
- Aligning our people practices with our business objectives and company goals.
- Shaping foundational people processes by finding the perfect balance of employee experience, efficiency, and budget.
- Maintaining the employee handbook and recommending new approaches, policies, and procedures.
- Acting as first point of contact for all employee queries about HR related issues.
- Own and champion our Human Resources Information System (BambooHR).
- Responsible for onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Responsible for all communication from the People Team.
- Organise and maintain personnel records.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and onboarding documents.
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics.
- Provide support in other activities in People Operations as needed.
- Support in industrial relations processes.
- Administration support for the People Operations Team.
