
Enterprise Architect

- Develop and evolve enterprise architecture blueprints and frameworks aligned to long-term business goals.
- Define architectural principles, domain strategies, and reference models supporting scalable and interoperable ecosystems.
- Translate corporate strategy, regulatory mandates, and digital transformation goals into architectural initiatives and designs.
- Lead multi-year technology roadmaps in collaboration with domain architects and delivery teams.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to guide modernization and platform selection.
- Chair Architecture & Design Review Boards (ARBs) to ensure solution designs meet enterprise standards.
- Define governance processes for architectural compliance, exceptions, and deviation tracking.
- Conduct architecture assurance and gap assessments to identify risks, misalignments, and optimization opportunities.
- Maintain architecture policies, standards, and documentation, supporting audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on investment and technology prioritization.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business analysts to co-create architecture solutions.
- Align architecture decisions across multiple business units for reusability, resilience, and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead workshops, forums, and vendor assessments to ensure shared understanding and informed decision-making.
- Lead design and evolution of enterprise-scale platforms including cloud-native systems, APIs, service orchestration, event-driven architectures, and data lakes.
- Define architecture enablers and technical epics within agile planning cycles.
- Monitor implementation of architectural designs, ensuring standards adherence and resolving complex design challenges.
- PromoteDevSecOps, CI/CD, and security automation practices across platforms.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in software architecture, design, and development within large enterprise environments.
- Proven experience in defining enterprise architecture strategies, roadmaps, and reference models.
- Strong knowledge of EA frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF.
- Hands-on experience across multiple domains: Applications, Data, Integration, Infrastructure, Security.
- Experience in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, event-driven systems, API-led integration.
- Deep understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Strong experience in architecture governance, risk assessment, and secure-by-design principles.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience driving architecture transformations aligned to digital business models and modernization programs.
- Familiarity with software engineering frameworks: Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Automated testing, Observability.
- Knowledge of architectural styles: Microservices, SOA, MVC, Event-driven, Serverless computing.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience facilitating architecture boards and workshops.
- Experience in financial services or fintech environments is advantageous.
- EA certifications (TOGAF, Zachman) are highly desirable.
- Proven ability to guide technical teams, mentor architects, and deliver complex transformation programs.
