Knowledge and ExperienceNo Prior professional experience in a QC lab is required, but an understanding of basic laboratory techniques and safety procedure is essential.Food quality control, food processing control, food production.Food Safety Systems.Requirements:0-2 years working experience in a lab environment.Key Responsibilities:Routine Testing: perform a variety of physical and chemical tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished products using standard operating procedures (SOPs), this may include pH testing, viscosity measurements, and ingredient analysis.Data Entry and Documentation: Meticulously record all test results and observations in lab test sheets and our digital database. Storage and control of retention samples.Equipment maintenance: Perform basic calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results.Problem Identification: Report any out-of-specification results or potential quality issues to the supervisor immediately. Troubleshooting of Production / Process Non-conformances, Reworks, and complaints.Miscellaneous: consumables & chemicals management, ensure adherence to GLP & Good housekeeping etc.
