Were scaling our digital team and are on the lookout for a talented SEO expert to help take our organic visibility to the next level.About the Role:Were seeking a strategic and analytical Senior SEO Specialist to lead all SEO initiatives across our global site. Youll be responsible for driving organic growth, reporting performance, managing technical and on-page SEO and supporting the junior SEO specialist.Youll work directly with stakeholders, content writers, developers and the performance team to execute data-driven strategies that grow organic traffic and improve site health.Key Responsibilities:Own and manage SEO strategy across international markets (UK, US, & EU)Conduct keyword research, audits and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunitiesMonitor and report performance using GA4, GSC, Looker Studio and SemrushWork closely with content, dev and marketing teams to implement technical and on-page SEO changesDevelop and own the backlinking strategy in collaboration with the content teamPresent SEO strategies and progress updates to senior stakeholdersGuide and support the Junior SEO Specialist with training and task managementPrioritise SEO roadmap and ensure timely execution of technical and content optimisationsManage indexing, crawl budget, hreflang implementation, structured data and site speed improvementsWhat Were Looking For5+ years hands-on SEO experience (in-house or agency)Strong technical SEO knowledge and audit experienceExperience with GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, Semrush, Looker StudioExcellent understanding of ranking signals, crawl behaviour and content strategyStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience managing or mentoring junior SEO team membersComfortable managing large websites or marketplacesBonus PointsExperience in the marine, yachting, or luxury marketplace industryFamiliarity with international SEO and CMS platforms like WordPress, Ruby on Rails
