FARM MANAGERGREYTOWNOur client is looking for a Farm Manager for their vegetable and grain production enterprise.The successful applicant will be required to lead and manage a permanent staff force of over 50 people and run a business with a turnover of circa R75m. The goal is to achieve industry winning results over all operations which include potatoes, irrigated and dryland maize, dry beans, and a complementary beef herd. A commitment to World Class standards is fundamental to the task.The successful applicant will need the following attributes;

A passion for agriculture;
A track record of great execution, including at least 10 years’ experience in crop production;
Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills and organizational capability;
The ability to effectively manage people;
Fluency in isiZulu;
Keen attention to detail.
