Working hours:
Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 17:00 (office based)
Evening/night shift: 15:00 - 23:00 (remote from home)Key Duties:
  • Provide professional client support via phone & email
  • Log & manage support tickets using DataTill
  • Escalate technical issues to Field Technicians if needed
  • Set client expectations and provide guidance on self-service tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service issues
  • Assist with client order processing and terminations
  • Support Ops Coordinator with admin tasks and work order updates
Core Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication
  • Strong problem-solving & attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure & on night shifts
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., DataTill) is a plus
  • Tech-savvy and team-oriented
