Are you an experienced HR professional looking to drive your career forward in the dynamic automotive sector?We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join our established automotive dealership group based in Gauteng. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to our growing team and make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing and administration
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Handle employee queries and provide HR support
  • Ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain statistical records
  • Support performance management processes
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives
Essential Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years HR administration experience
  • Proven experience with Sage Payroll system (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of South African labour law
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Matric certificate (Grade 12)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • HR Diploma or relevant tertiary qualification
  • Previous automotive industry experience
  • Knowledge of additional payroll systems
  • Basic Labour Relations knowledge
