
HR Administrator

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies
- Prepare HR reports and maintain statistical records
- Support performance management processes
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Minimum 2-3 years HR administration experience
- Proven experience with Sage Payroll system (essential)
- Strong knowledge of South African labour law
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Matric certificate (Grade 12)
- HR Diploma or relevant tertiary qualification
- Previous automotive industry experience
- Knowledge of additional payroll systems
- Basic Labour Relations knowledge
