If youre sick of micromanagement, red tape, or being siloed in a large team, youll feel at home here.Role OverviewWere looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with deep experience in Google Ads and the ability to manage client accounts independently, from onboarding to optimisation. Youll also have the opportunity to support our growth into Amazon Ads and eCommerce Store Managementso bonus points if youve worked with those channels too.Most of our client communication happens via email, so written clarity and promptness are essential. This is a hands-on role where youll need to work autonomously, take initiative, and drive performance.Key Responsibilities - What youll be doing:Google Ads ManagementEnd-to-end ownership of Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, PMAX, and Display.Setup, tracking, GTM, and performance reportingOngoing campaign optimisation, testing, and strategy development.Client Account Management (Email-based)Provide regular performance updates, insights, and strategic recommendations via email.Troubleshoot tracking issues and suggest improvements.Amazon Ads & Store ManagementAssist with campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting on Amazon Ads.Support store management, including product listings and merchandising.Internal Process OwnershipStreamline setup processes and reduce time spent on operational grunt work.Flag inefficiencies and help build lean systems to scale ad operations.Requirements - What youll need to bring:Must-Haves:3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience (Search, Shopping, PMAX, GTM).Proven ability to manage ad accounts from onboarding through to optimisation.Strong email communication and client-facing professionalism.Self-sufficiency and initiativecomfortable working without micromanagement.Nice-to-Haves:Experience with Amazon Ads and/or Amazon Store Management.Familiarity with broader performance marketing tools and reporting platforms.Experience in a lean startup or small agency environment.Work Schedule9am - 5pm UK time (10am - 6pm SA time)Monday to FridayPay & Benefits - What Youll Get in ReturnSalary: R30,000-R35,000 a monthA high-trust environment where you can truly own your work.A chance to shape the agencys paid media function and influence its growth.Direct access to founders and the senior team for mentorship and support.Fully remote role with UK working hours.Competitive salary based on experience and impact.
