- Help define, prioritize, & manage the full product roadmap (app, dashboards, portals, partner APIs).
- Translate business goals into clear product initiatives, features, and experiments
- Prioritize ruthlessly: segment inputs from across the org and balance impact, effort, and timing
- Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities and risks • Lead ideation, prototyping, testing, and refinement of new and existing features.
- Manage & maintain the product backlog and work with dev teams to define sprints, milestones,& timelines
- Write clear requirements and specs for new features and products and stay involved through QA and delivery
- Build and maintain a user testing framework across all personas (User, Tenant, Visitor, Landlord, Operator)
- Use wireframes, feedback loops, and iterative design to validate feature releases.
- Own UX across all digital interfaces, ensuring consistency and ease of use.
- Identify and resolve friction points to improve conversion, retention, and overall satisfaction.
- Guide the design of interfaces across apps, payments, portals, and dashboards.
- Map and improve core user journeys - from mobile access for drivers to reporting tools for tenants, dashboards for landlords, and operational tools for parking staff.
- Build feedback loops from users, tenants, and landlords to inform design and feature prioritization.
- Define and track KPIs related to engagement, satisfaction, and feature performance.
- Act as the lead contact for all integration partners-ensuring clear scoping, aligned delivery, and effective communication
- Manage integration flows for key partners (e.g., loyalty platforms, gyms, retailers, and payment gateways).
- Collaborate on API design and UX to ensure seamless co-branded experiences.
- Ensure consistent cross-platform functionality (App ↔ Kiosk ↔ Portal ↔ Dashboard).
- Align product goals with commercial, operations, marketing, support, and sales teams
- Work closely with leadership on trade-offs, prioritization, and overall product direction
- Communicate progress, plans, and decisions clearly across the company
- 7–10+ years of product experience (ideally at either or both B2B / B2C tech-driven companies)
- Proven and demonstrable success delivering mobile-first and cloud-based products.
- Strong UX sensibility and hands-on experience with design systems and wireframing.
- Strong technical fluency - able to engage on architecture, APIs, integrations, and backend/frontend trade-offs.
- Commercially minded-able to link product work to value and monetization. • Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit-hands-on, analytical, and resourceful.
- Experience launching products that blend digital + physical components
- Background in PropTech or IoT-enabled environments.
- Familiarity with parking, real estate, or smart mobility ecosystems.
