We are looking for a young, dynamic, and vibrant recruitment resourcer to support our recruiting activities.Our agency is expanding, and we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us. We are a paperless agency and therefore require someone with exceptional computer literacy. This role is ideal for someone who is seeking to grow with a company and who is eager to learn.Our ideal candidate will be efficient, organized, very detail orientated and assist us in keeping our hiring process running smoothly.If you have some experience in recruiting and you are an excellent organizer and communicator, we would like to view your CV.We offer commission for monthly performance over and above the set salary.Duties & Responsibilities:· Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
· Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
· Assist teams in screening resumes
· Conduct initial phone screens
· Schedule calls and interviews
· Build meaningful pipeline
· Conduct references on candidates for the Team
· Manage calendars for all hiring teams and candidates
· Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews
· Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles
· Send out all bulk email (e.g. confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails) and handlepaperwork (e.g. offer letters)
· Coordinate background checks including Credit Checks, Criminal Checks etc using MIE and Dante Personnel
· Participate in recruiting events
· Promote positive candidate and client experience throughout the hiring processPlease note that these duties are not limited to the above, should we require you to do anything within reason, you will be expected to carry them out meticulously.RequirementsEducation:
  • Minimum - National Senior Certificate (minimum requirement).
Skills Required:
  • Excel (proficient in working with spreadsheets – formulas not needed but welcomed)
  • Word (fully proficient in using the editing tools)
  • Outlook (proficient)
  • Typing (50/60 wpm) (ideally 60wpm + as this role follows strict deadlines that need to be followed)
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or another recruiting-related role (preference given to those with experience in the recruitment industry)
  • Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting (preferred):
  • Zoho (highly beneficial)
  • LinkedIn (beneficial)
  • PNET (beneficial)
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Great attention to detail
