This role is focused on managing and expanding the companys LinkedIn prospecting and engagement strategy. You will be responsible for initiating high-quality conversations, maintaining consistent follow-up, and identifying new ways to connect with the target audience. Your work will directly support the companys lead generation efforts and overall growth strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesLog in daily to the company LinkedIn account and execute planned outreachSend tailored, well-crafted messages to targeted prospectsEngage with relevant industry content through strategic commentsMonitor and respond to messages promptly, managing follow-ups systematicallyMake follow-up phone calls to secure appointmentsTrack all outreach activity in a CRM or spreadsheetTest and refine outreach templates and response processes for higher conversionAbout You1+ years experience in sales, customer support, or outreach rolesExceptional written English with a clear, confident, and professional toneStrong organizational skills and attention to detailSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyUnderstanding of LinkedIns role in B2B salesBonus: experience with CRM tools, lead generation, or the FM/risk/safety space
