Job Summary Employer DescriptionA 5* Game Lodge comprising of several camps, on a Big 5 Game Reserve in the Eastern Cape.Job DescriptionWe require a strong Sous Chef to join a strong and well-established Kitchen Brigade serving high-end cuisine (Three meals per day with Tea/Coffee Breaks) to its high-end, mostly international Guests. Previous experience within a 4/5* game lodge in a similar role is ideal. Able to assist with Kitchen Administration and stock Controls as well as be hands-on in the manufacturing and presenting of meals. Also, assist with Guest Relations.QualificationsFormal Culinary Qualifications will prove advantageous.SkillsSolid Training and Experience within high end establishments.
