The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs. This role ensures alignment with strategic objectives, manages risks, and drives stakeholder engagement across multiple projects within the fintech ecosystem.
- Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management in a technology or fintech environment.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, multi-stream programs.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with APIs, microservices, and digital channels is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent program management certification preferred.
