- Conduct Compliance Case Checks – Perform routine and targeted compliance case reviews, ensuring adherence to internal policies, industry regulations, and best practices. Identify any discrepancies or risks and escalate where necessary.
- Undertake Remedial Work – Address and resolve issues identified during compliance case checks by working closely with relevant teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements. Maintain thorough records of findings and resolutions.
- Monitor Compliance Communications – Manage and monitor the compliance inbox, triaging incoming queries, providing initial responses, and escalating complex matters as required. Ensure timely and accurate communication with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Assist in Policy and Procedure Updates – Work with the Compliance Manager to review and update policies and procedures, ensuring they remain aligned with regulatory changes and organisational requirements.
- Maintain Compliance Records – Ensure all compliance-related documentation is accurately recorded, organised, and readily accessible for internal and external review.
- Provide Compliance Support and Training – Assist in preparing compliance training materials and supporting awareness initiatives to promote a strong compliance culture across the organisation.
- Prior experience in a compliance, regulatory, or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in compliance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
