
Senior Experience Designer (UX)

- Lead end-to-end experience design across complex product and service areas.
- Partner with Product Managers to define customer problems, opportunities, and journeys.
- Map service ecosystems and align digital touchpoints to wider customer experience goals.
- Gather and translate user insight and behavioural data into strategic design outcomes.
- Champion accessibility, consistency, and inclusive design across the product portfolio.
- Contribute towards and help maintain multi-brand design systems.
- Support and mentor other designers, contributing to design ops and team maturity.
- Proven experience designing holistic digital and service experiences.
- A portfolio that shows end-to-end thinking, impact, and strong execution.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, especially in cross-functional environments.
- Deep understanding of experience strategy, inclusive design, and evidence-based decisions.
- Ability to zoom in on interface detail and zoom out to service-level strategy with ease.
