Are you a tax and reporting specialist looking to take the next big step in your career? This is your chance to join a dynamic property group where you’ll lead the charge in tax compliance, financial reporting, and strategic advisory functions. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the group’s tax position while ensuring full compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Do

Drive all direct and indirect tax compliance, submissions, and audits.
Manage statutory reporting and financial statements in line with IFRS.
Provide strategic tax planning, advisory, and risk management to optimize the group’s position.
Engage with SARS, auditors, and other regulatory authorities.
Partner with senior leadership on key tax and reporting strategies that impact the group’s growth.

What We’re Looking For

A qualified finance/tax professional CA(SA) or equivalent
Strong experience in tax compliance, advisory, and reporting (preferably within the property or investment sector).
Solid knowledge of South African tax legislation, including CGT, transfer duty, rental income tax, and municipal property rates.
IFRS reporting expertise.
A proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
