
Restaurant General Manager (RGM)

- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage and lead a team of staff members
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Monitor financial performance and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as required
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and management skills

- Ability to work well under pressure
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in restaurant management
- Understanding of food and beverage operations
- Proficiency in financial management
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Certification in Food Hygiene and Safety
- Additional training in leadership or management
- Fast-paced restaurant environment
- Does require evening, weekend, and holiday work
- Physical demands such as standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects
