Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Salary: Negotiable – Commensurate with experienceWe are seeking a highly efficient, experienced, and organised Office Admin & Marketing Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration and marketing support, and a proactive approach to managing tasks and communications across multiple regions.Key Responsibilities Include:Answering the office telephone in a professional manner
Managing and responding to all operational emails and ensuring timely action
Contacting both local and international clients via telephone and email to secure ongoing work and pursue new business opportunities
Keeping office boards updated and coordinating services with our Richards Bay office and subcontractors in Port Elizabeth and Cape Town
Processing incoming job cards and preparing them for invoicing
Generating and following up on invoices
Applying for staff permits required to access various port terminals
Filing of all company documentation as required
General office administration duties
Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and Word
Maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion with all staff and client-related informationRequirements:Minimum 10 years’ experience in an administrative and marketing support role
Matric (Grade 12) – Essential
A Diploma or Degree in Marketing – Advantageous
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organisational and coordination abilities
A confident, self-motivated individual who can work independently
