Maintenance Technician - Centurion

- General Handyman and Repair Work:
- Perform small maintenance tasks at branches and pods.
- Electrical Repairs:
- Conduct general electrical repairs as needed.
- Painting:
- Handle various painting tasks, ensuring a neat and professional finish.
- Welding:
- Perform welding tasks as required.
- Grinding:
- Carry out grinding functions with precision.
- Concrete Wall Touch-ups:
- Perform touch-ups and repairs on concrete walls.
- Furniture Maintenance:
- Maintain and repair furniture to ensure it is in good condition.
- Door hinges repair/replace or door handles and locks repair/replace.
- High Access Cleaning at Branches:
- Clean and maintain high-access areas, including, but not limited to:
- Walls
- Wall-mounted posters
- Lights
- Pillars
- Cameras
- Speakers
- TVs
- Windows
- Pods
- Pod Maintenance:
- Conduct thorough cleaning of pods, both interior and exterior and furniture.
- Sweep and maintain paving areas around pods.
- Any additional requests as required.
- You will also be required to report daily to the regional or national facilities manager on tasks done, tasks that you cannot do, or anything else that might be out of the ordinary regarding work, security risks, or health and safety risks at branches.
- English literate (strong verbal and written English skills)
- Experience in the same/similar role is advantageous
- Valid driver's License
