The purpose of the ETQA Administrator is to support the efficient delivery of accredited training programmes by handling learner administration, maintaining regulatory compliance, coordinating site visits, and assisting with quality assurance activities—all in line with SETA and QCTO standards.Role's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Contracting
  • Project Induction
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Assessments and Moderation
  • LMS Recording and Management
  • Quality Assurance, Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Site Visit Support/Management
  • Learner Certification (management of the certification process)
Qualification/Experience and Skills:
  • Minimum matric or NQF equivalent essential
  • ODETDP or equivalent qualification Administration Certificate
  • 2-5 years in a similar role
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of the learnership and internship coordination environment
  • Familiarity with Seta & QCTO
