- Oversee NOC operations to keep client systems performing at their best.
- Resolve advanced technical escalations (Tier 1 and 2) with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Lead and support the NOC team to improve processes, skill levels, and efficiency.
- Implement migrations, upgrades, and optimisations across a range of Windows Server and virtualised environments.
- Document systems, processes, and client setups for smooth future operations.
- Liaise with clients and other teams to build strong, productive relationships.
- 5+ years experience in a NOC or IT managed services environment.
- Proven expertise in Windows Server (2012 R22022), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, PKI.
- Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere 6.5+, Hyper-V, SAN/NAS, and VLANs/routing/firewall concepts.
- Familiarity with Exchange 2016+ and Microsoft Azure.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, Azure/M365), VMware (VCP-DCV), or similar.
- Exposure to SolarWinds/N-Able, PRTG, RMM tools, Veeam, and Rubrik.
