Job SummaryA well-established company in Bloemfontein is looking for a professional and experienced Systems Engineer to join their team. This dual-role opportunity requires someone with a solid technical foundation as well as strong business and sales skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for both managing IT systems and driving the company's sales initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Provide IT support, including troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networksManage and maintain internal IT infrastructure and systemsImplement and oversee software installations, updates, and staff trainingDevelop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goalsBuild and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholdersGenerate reports, manage sales pipelines, and conduct data analysis using ExcelContribute to business growth through effective sales and customer serviceMinimum Requirements:Proven experience in IT support, software, business management, and salesAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis)Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to multitask, manage projects, and meet deadlinesRelevant qualification or certification in IT, Sales, or Business (advantageous)Remuneration:R30 000 - R40 000 per month, depending on experienceAnnual increase of 10% to 20%, based on performance and experience.IMPORTANT:
