Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for FMCG and a strong understanding of the retail landscape? A leading global brand in the premium consumer goods sector is looking for a Sales Executive to join their team in Gauteng.This is an exciting opportunity to work with a world-renowned company that prides itself on quality, innovation, and performance. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue, building key customer relationships, executing in-store excellence, and delivering results across top national retailers.Key Responsibilities:Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsPlan and execute an effective weekly call cycle (8+ quality calls per day)Conduct pre-call preparation, store visits, and ensure shelf health and compliancePlace orders, manage stock rotation, update pricing and merchandisingBuild strong in-store relationships with Store and Regional ManagersNegotiate displays, promotions, and increased shelf spaceReview promotional performance using IRI and internal sales toolsSupervise and support merchandisers; report store performance and complianceProvide regular sales reports, insights, and action plans for underperforming areasRequirements:Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in FMCG field salesExperience managing or calling on major retail accounts (Woolworths, Pick n Pay, Checkers, Dischem, Clicks, Spar, Makro)Strong project management, planning, and negotiation skillsHighly motivated, confident, and target-drivenExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsProficient in sales technology, reporting, and data-driven sales planningAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentRelevant diploma or degree advantageousIf you are solutions-oriented, energetic, and looking to join a premium international brand that values its people and customers, we’d love to hear from you.
