Join us now, as we are shaping this fascinating, tech savvy consumer healthcare space!We are looking for a results-driven yet empathetic sales consultant with the resilience, grit, and energy to thrive in a high impact, high performance sales environment. If you have ever sold a product people need but don’t necessarily want and you see objections as exciting challenges rather than roadblocks, you will thrive here.Your Responsibilities:
  • Deliver detailed, engaging telephonic consultations focused on:
  • Uncovering a customer’s hearing needs, lifestyle, and motivation
  • Demonstrating the value of hearing aids to their specific needs
  • Discussing pricing and guiding customers through finance and medical aid options to support a purchase
  • Guide customers patiently through a longer decision-making journey, offering support, encouragement and troubleshooting every step of the way.
  • Overcome any objections that could arise within the customer journey with skill, persistence, and creativity.
  • Provide knowledge on hearing loss and hearing aids.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with our customers and partner providers (audiologists).
Your Profile:
  • You have between 1 - 3 years background in consumer- facing sales (e.g. healthcare sales, financial services, or similar).
  • You have a 3-year tertiary qualification.
  • You find joy in making a sale and exceeding targets.
  • You have a desire to make an impact and make a lasting difference in customers' lives.
  • You have a winning mentality balanced with empathy, care and curiosity.
  • You are comfortable in selling a product people may resist but ultimately need.
  • You have a desire to grow, continuously improve and embrace change.
  • You are resilient under pressure, with the mindset that every objection is an opportunity.
  • You have strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • You are self-motivated, take ownership, and have a hunger to succeed.
  • You are proficient in English and at least one additional language.
