PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER (MECHANICAL /HVAC) - EAST LONDON

• Mechanical Engineer position held in a Private SA Firm for minimum 5 years.
• Commercial and Industrial use greenfield, refurbishment & Construction project HVAC.
• Professional Mechanical Engineer for a new small to medium multi disciplinary professional proactive in-house to a large property portfolio.
• All work stage roles and responsibilities associated with a PR Eng from inception to completion & handover.
• Multi- discipline Revit & project AEC systems development alongside BIM manager.
• Planning and management of inhouse contract documentation.
• HVAC system rational, design, coordination & certification.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Valid ECSA Registration PR Mech Eng NQF Level 7-8
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering position in a private SA firm.

• Multi disciplinary team collaboration & co-ordination
• Practical Industry knowledge, experience and mentorship abilities.
• HVAC Contract Administration
• Strong NBR/SANS application.
• High competency in Revit and associated MEP plugins
