Bachelor’s Degree or Certificate of Higher Education
Previous experience in call/assistance centres is desirable but at least in telephone customer services
South African ID or South African Permanent Residency Holder
German speaker with professional fluency – level B1 or higher
Strong computer user skills in Microsoft Office tools

Responsibilities
Claims services.
Replying to incoming email enquiries
Communication & claims processing arrangements for medical and travel insurance claims.
Efficient claims handling including data entry and invoice assessment.
Provide friendly and outstanding customer service
Respond to enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Work efficiently in a multilingual and multicultural team
