Salary: Market-related (benchmark range R1.1mR1.8m CTC p/a, depending on experience)

Driving innovative marketing strategies that boost sales across retail, eCommerce, and global markets
Aligning digital performance, CRM, and brand-building for a luxury omni-channel experience
Leading a high-performing marketing team and collaborating across creative, retail, and product divisions
Taking ownership of marketing performance, reporting, and spend optimisation
Steering the brands international growth in the UK, US, and Africa

What We Are Looking For

At least 6 years in a commercial marketing role, with 3+ years in leadership
Experience in luxury, retail, or lifestyle brands (agency or in-house)
Strong track record in digital marketing, customer insights, and team leadership
Visionary thinker with commercial drive and data-led decision-making
A passion for brand building and premium customer experiences
