- From intimate gatherings to large-scale conferences, you will assist in overseeing every aspect of the banqueting operation, ensuring the highest standards of service and coordination are consistently met.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with kitchen, service, and sales teams to ensure successful execution of each event.
- This role requires flexibility, great people skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
- You will help manage staff rosters, monitor event setups and breakdowns, and liaise with clients to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role in a hotel or event venue
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Hands-on leadership style and strong team player
- Experience with banqueting software or hotel systems is a plus
