This position plays a key part in establishing us as a desirable and innovative brand, while also attracting top talent to join our journey.What You'll Do:

Create visually engaging designs that effectively communicate our brand story across a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials.
Develop and maintain a cohesive and dynamic visual identity that aligns with our global brand vision.
Collaborate with various team members to create designs that resonate with our target audience and help attract top talent.
Work on a range of creative assets, including digital and print collateral, social media graphics, presentations, and internal communication materials.
Keep up with design trends and best practices, ensuring our visuals stay fresh, relevant, and impactful.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality designs.

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or related fields.
Experience working with EU, US, or UK Clients is a must.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and experience with motion graphics (After Effects)
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
Creative mindset with the ability to translate abstract ideas into compelling visuals.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
