This is a high-impact, consultative sales role. You’ll be responsible for converting warm leads into closed deals—whether for the full-service workforce transport offering or the licensable SaaS platform. Success in this role requires a strong grasp of operational challenges, transport dynamics, and the ability to present technical solutions to C-suite and senior operations teams.Key Responsibilities
- Convert pre-qualified leads (booked by Level180) into signed client contracts.
- Conduct discovery sessions and needs assessments with key decision-makers across operations, HR, procurement, and facilities.
- Present tailored solutions based on SaaS, turnkey transport, or hybrid offerings.
- Collaborate with internal operations, fleet, and product teams to build and price proposals.
- Own the entire sales process from pitch to close.
- Maintain detailed CRM records and report on pipeline health and performance.
- Provide post-meeting feedback to improve lead quality and outreach strategy.
- Actively represent client at meetings, industry events, and presentations.
- 3–7 years in B2B sales, with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Experience in SaaS, transport, logistics, fleet management, or service-based industries.
- Skilled in long-cycle enterprise sales involving multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient with CRMs, digital sales tools, and presentation platforms.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
- Knowledge of GBS, BPO, or shift-based workforce sectors.
- Experience selling to HR, procurement, or operations executives.
- Familiarity with SaaS pricing models and transport logistics.
