- Strong portfolio, demonstrating versatile design work across various platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with Canva and email marketing platforms.
- Solid understanding and working experience with AI design tools
- Excellent layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Clear communication skills and a solution-driven attitude.
- Design high-quality visuals across digital and print platforms (social media, campaigns, advertising, POS, internal comms).
- Develop artwork aligned with brand and corporate identity guidelines.
- Manage and execute visually engaging email marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on design, social media, digital trends, and AI-driven.
- Adapt designs based on feedback from the Marketing Director.
- Create print-ready files for suppliers, studios, and distribution.
- Format layouts, typography, artwork for production with precision.
- Build and maintain brand master templates and internal brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing- product launches and brand activations.
- Manage projects efficiently under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
