- Manage and develop key client accounts within the logistics industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular communication and onsite visits
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
- Understand clients' logistics needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the logistics industry
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and RFP responses to potential clients
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in key account management, preferably within the logistics industry
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- In-depth knowledge of the logistics industry and understanding of its trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Ability to analyze market data, identify potential opportunities, and develop strategic plans
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office suite and CRM software
- Salary: negotiable
