- Aiming to achieve first call resolution of client queries,
- Investigating queries where necessary and providing timeous feedback to clients,
- Maintaining the high standards of the company by upholding the SLA standards,
- Escalating queries where necessary to ensure client satisfaction,
- Accurate logging of information onto CMS for reporting purposes,
- Follow up timeously with queries that have been escalated to other departments and provide feedback to clients in an efficient manner,
- Grade 12.
- Computer literate.
- Previous experience in a client service role
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Attention to detail.
- Able to work in a pressurised environment and to sometimes deal with irate customers.
