About the Role
As our Management Couple, you will oversee the full guest experience from arrival to departure while managing the lodges day-to-day operations with precision, warmth, and creativity. This is an opportunity to live and work in a stunning natural environment, leading a dedicated team and ensuring guests enjoy a world-class stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering outstanding guest service and personal hosting
- Overseeing all departments: front of house, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and activities
- Managing budgets, stock controls, and operational efficiency
- Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team
- Maintaining the highest standards in every detail of the lodges presentation and guest experience
- A proven track record in lodge or boutique hospitality management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Warm, professional, and adaptable personalities
- A passion for nature, conservation, and the guest experience
- Financial acumen and administrative ability
- At least one partner with a hospitality or culinary background, and the other with operational/maintenance or activities experience
