This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled pastry professional who is confident in leading a pastry team and delivering high-quality, visually appealing baked goods and desserts in a refined hospitality environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead the pastry team in daily operations and service deliveryOversee the preparation of a variety of desserts, pastries, breads, and baked goodsMaintain consistent standards of quality, taste, and presentationAssist with the planning and development of dessert menusMonitor inventory levels and assist in stock ordering and cost controlEnsure hygiene and safety standards are strictly followed in the pastry sectionWork collaboratively with the Head Chef and wider kitchen teamRequirements:Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior pastry position within a luxury or high-end hospitality environmentStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a pastry teamFormal culinary or patisserie training preferredExcellent attention to detail, creativity, and organisational skillsAbility to work under pressure and deliver consistently high standardsWillingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as requiredThis role offers the opportunity to showcase your pastry expertise in a beautifully remote and exclusive bush setting.
