Service Technician / Trainer

- Plan, manage, and update the shared training calendar
- Conduct on-the-job and classroom training (kitchen, laundry, housekeeping)
- Perform product demonstrations and provide tailored client solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Identify new business opportunities and represent the company at trade shows and networking events
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues both remotely and onsite
- Carry out product installations and commissioning at customer sites
- Collaborate across departments to support sales, operations, and product development
- Maintain expert product knowledge and provide ongoing support to customers and staff
- Minimum Matric (Grade 12); relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Technically skilled with hands-on installation and service background
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving ability
- Customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel and work extended hours when required
