• Production Management: Apply modern management and viticulture practices to ensure optimal yields and quality.
• Personnel & Administration: Plan, lead and manage labour effectively.
• Financial Oversight: Drive cost control with a focus on productivity and assist with budget management.

• Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture
• Minimum of 10 years’ proven experience in table grape production and management practices
• Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
