Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) required; NQF Level 46 qualification in Facilities Management or similar preferred
3+ years in Facilities or Maintenance Management
Basic to intermediate financial acumen (2+ years)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience dealing with suppliers, contractors, and compliance matters
Comfortable being on-call and working outside of regular hours when needed
