Job SummaryA leading company in the optical industry is seeking dynamic Regional Managers to oversee operations across multiple branches in the respective regions.Minimum Requirements:

Matric
Completed SAIPA articles or equivalent
Valid driver license and own vehicle
Proven leadership and management experience
Willingness to work retail hours, including some weekends

Key Responsibilities:

Effective stock control and inventory management
Ensuring excellent customer service standards
Human resource management, including recruitment, training, retention, and disciplinary processes
Full financial oversight of allocated stores

Remuneration:
