- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
- Proven experience in aerospace engineering
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building abilities.
- Knowledge of aerospace design software and regulatory standards.
