The purpose of this role will be to provide support to the Financial Manager.Duties will include, but are not limited to, creditors invoicing and statements, preparing payments, filing, journals, cashbook, inter-company transactions, VAT and Tax, reconciliations and assisting with banking functions.You will also be involved in monthly and yearly audit preparation, and liaising with Auditors.Education:
- Relevant tertiary finance qualification
- 4 to 5 years' experience within a similar role, with a major focus on creditors and cashbook
- Manufacturing industry knowledge will be advantageous
- Knowledge of Sage or Pastel essential
- Knack for numbers and analytically minded
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Deadline driven
