Para-planning / Financial Needs Analysis / Estate Planning.
New Business Administration.
Preparation of quotes.
Compliance.
Wills and Trusts.
Servicing of existing client base.
Setting up of appointments.
REs would be preferable.

Duties and responsibilities:

Knowledge in one or all the aforementioned areas, as well as the ability to communicate with clients, write effectively, and manage & resolve customer queries.
Self-starter personality and would be able to manage themselves.
Be able to correspond with clients and do quotes.
Servicing clients in terms of queries, keeping customers up to date and new business.
Changing of beneficiaries and switch forms.
Looking for new business opportunities from the current client base.
