Contract Length: 12 months
Base Salary Range: R500,000 – R850,000 per annum (dependent on experience)We are currently seeking experienced Security Engineers to join a large-scale deployment, implementation, and support initiative. All roles are 1-year fixed-term contracts, based on-site with a key enterprise client. Candidates must be available to work on-site in either Cape Town or Johannesburg.Open Roles (x2 Each)Security Engineers – AWS CertifiedSecurity Engineers – Azure CertifiedSailPoint Identity EngineersForescout NAC Engineers (NAC or NAX experience required)Core Responsibilities (Applies Across Roles)Design, deploy, and support security solutions aligned with client infrastructureExecute hands-on implementation and post-deployment supportConduct troubleshooting, patching, and upgrade activitiesCollaborate with internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholdersProduce documentation for configurations, handover, and best practicesMinimum RequirementsMinimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in a relevant security engineering roleRelevant certifications for each technology stack (see below)Demonstrated experience with enterprise-level implementation and supportAbility to work independently with strong troubleshooting capabilitiesFamiliarity with change management and documentation standardsSpecific Role RequirementsAWS Security EngineersCertification: AWS Security Specialty (preferred) or AWS Solutions ArchitectStrong experience deploying and maintaining AWS security services (IAM, GuardDuty, WAF, etc.)Azure Security EngineersCertification: AZ-500 (Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate)Experience with Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Conditional Access, and related servicesSailPoint EngineersHands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQBackground in identity governance, access certifications, and role-based access controlForescout NAC EngineersMust have experience with Forescout NAC (CounterACT) or Forescout NAXIn-depth understanding of network visibility, device profiling, and policy enforcementContract DetailsStart Date: Rolling start dates throughout Q3–Q4 2025
