- Leading, managing and motivating the sales team (sales representatives and telesales staff)
- Driving profitable results by setting clear goals, providing coaching, and developing product knowledge
- Designing and implementing business and sales plans, including promotional strategies and competitive activity tracking
- Managing sales operations, including reporting, sales administration, and performance analysis
- Monitoring team performance through regular reporting, appraisals, and field visits
- Ensuring compliance with company standards and customer service excellence across all sales activities
- Promoting brand presence and strengthening market share across diverse industries
- Providing continuous training and development to ensure the team is equipped with strong product and industry knowledge
- Minimum Grade 12
- Valid drivers licence
- 510 years proven experience in a Sales Management role
- Strong leadership, communication and people management skills
- Advanced computer literacy with strong Excel proficiency
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- High-level customer engagement and proven sales-centric skills
- Ability to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and deliver measurable results
- Proficient in English and Afrikaans (read, speak and write)
