Lead a team of Java developers in designing, coding, testing, and deploying applications.
Collaborate with architects and business analysts to define technical solutions.
Ensure development follows best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Optimise applications for scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Java certifications advantageous.

Experience:

7–10 years’ experience in Java development with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade applications.

Skills & Competencies:

Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong database knowledge (SQL and NoSQL).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
