The Franchise Manager supports a group of stores within the Limpopo region, ensuring compliance with brand standards and operational targets. This role involves coaching store teams, resolving issues, and acting as the primary liaison between franchisees andthe head office.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular store visits to assess operational complianceCoach and mentor store managers to improve performanceMonitor sales KPIs and help stores achieve business targetsAssist with local marketing initiatives and store-level problem-solvingEnsure brand consistency and customer experience standards are upheldSupport the rollout of training, audits, and process improvementsAbout You3+ years in retail or QSR operations, ideally in a multi-site support roleStrong understanding of customer service and brand standardsExcellent interpersonal and coaching skillsAble to travel regularly within the regionResilient, adaptable, and hands-on
